Atop the Salon de Ning, which is the rooftop garden of the Peninsula Hotel, Tamsin Lonsdale of the Supper Club New York hosted a cocktail reception and preview of Manhattan, the newest glossy from the Modern Luxury group.

Fashion designer Tinsley Mortimer and her husband Topper just attended the London wedding of their friend, the Venezuelan-born socialite Vanessa Neumann, to the British writer William Cash. They celebrated the couple at the private Carlton Club after a Roman Catholic ceremony in Westminster Palace. The Japanese company Tinsley designs for, Samantha Thavasa, just released cell phones in pink, Tinsley’s favorite color, that also feature heart decorations and a reception bar that resembles the New York skyline

Downtown scenesters and native Upper East Siders Summer Rej and Jennifer Meyers, two parts of the up-and-coming apparel and jewelry label Three Blondes, came to the party with their friend, style writer Kelley Hoffman. Summer, who now works at Vogue and as a teenager created the “Tickled Pink” nail polish and lip gloss for Chanel, has known the third “Blonde,” Kristy Rao, since childhood, and met law student Jennifer at the Calhoun School. Their line is expected to launch this fall.
